![]() Your goal is to clear all the cards from the board by matching them with the card on top of the deck. You will see a solitaire board with cards arranged in piles and a deck at the bottom. To play a level, tap on it and then tap on "Play".You can also see your progress bar at the top of the screen, which shows how many stars you need to fill up your crate and get extra rewards. Each crop has a number of levels that you need to complete to harvest it and move on to the next one. After completing the tutorial, you will see a map with different farms and crops. You can skip the tutorial if you are already familiar with solitaire games. Start by playing the tutorial levels to learn the basics of the game and earn some coins and boosters. To reach level 166 (crop 9) in Solitaire Grand Harvest: Or until they realize enough of us have figured out how to play the system to our advantage. Solitaire has a calming quality and once you get the hang of it you'll be clearing 10+ levels per day paying zero dollars if you so desire. Playing with enough coins to pay to play at level 3 and having enough coins in reserve to save your game in case things get a little hairy will pay you back exponentially with gems, coins and rewards to help you level up faster. For most of the game I thought playing at level 2 would be enough, but it isn't. Meaning at the start of later levels you'll have the option of how many coins you want to spend to play (1 being the least expensive, 2 offering a slight bonus but costing more and 3 as the most expensive but greater bonus). Lastly I'll encourage you to play at maximum level for maximum rewards. In my experience using them usually guaranteed I would get 2-3 stars when I completed a level but weren't ever critical to progress. Use bonus cards as you like to help progress you through the game. Aim to get 2-3 stars on every level you play as when you get to crops that have crates at the end of them the number of stars you've collected while playing levels for that crop determine how many bonus items you get once you've made it to the crate. Do think strategically about game play and maximize the opportunities to complete streaks and conserve the amount of cards you have to draw to clear boards. Don't waste your precious coins playing only one round when you can spread them out and play 3-4 by not buying wild cards. This is OK early on maybe but extremely discouraged as you get deeper into the game because of the extremely high cost. You can go back and collect at least 10 days prior to when you first begin playing to collect those rewards as well.ĭuring game play you'll be tempted to spend coins to buy wild cards for streaks. Follow them on Facebook for once-a-day rewards too. Tapping on the dog will periodically give you coins. This includes building your farm through the gems you acquire and also doubling your crop yield by watching ads or watching ads for discounts to play levels when offered. Second off, take advantage of every free thing the app offers to help you either save or increase crop yields. They add up and you'll need them, and lots of them, to progress through the levels. Make it a habit to log in hourly or so to receive the coins the app freely gives (the app will alert you but if you want to be OCD you can set a timer too). More importantly you need go focus on hourly yields of your crops. Unlike other freemium games I've played there is very little incentive for doing anything besides linking your Facebook so don't get too concerned with sharing updates and spamming your social media for the small numver of coins you'll get. Armed with that knowledge you can loosely break down what "crop" area you'll need to reach to complete your goal. If you scroll all the way to the right you'll see that to go to the next screen takes you to crop 12. The map you see when you open the app is broken down into sections. Nothing tells you what a "crop" is so I'm here to let you know. Figured I'd share my thoughts and tips.įirst off the game is entertaining so it's kinda fun going along the journey to complete your task. Knowing what I know now I could've spent nothing and still completed it in just about the same time. ![]() I finished in 7 days of casual play and spent $4 total. I've just completed the Drop offer for 43,000 points to complete crop 8 within 14 days.
